This page documents exactly how LCJ Elite Consulting, LLC collects consent to send you text messages, what those messages contain, and how to stop them. It is published so that any customer, carrier, or reviewer can verify our opt-in process without an account, a login, or a purchase.
We have exactly two opt-in paths. Both require a separate, affirmative action by you. We never add a number to messaging from a purchased, rented, scraped, appended, or imported list, and we never text a number we obtained anywhere other than the two paths below.
On our contact form there is a standalone SMS consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default, it is optional, and the form submits normally without it. Its label reads, in full:
Only a submission where that box was affirmatively checked creates SMS consent. Submitting the form without checking it sends us your inquiry and produces no consent record and no text message.
When you call our business line at +1 502-369-5100 and ask us to text you something (most often a booking link), we collect spoken consent on that call before anything is sent. This path is available only on inbound calls that you initiate. We do not collect SMS consent on outbound or cold calls, and we never use this path for marketing to a list.
Calls to our business line are answered by Molly, an artificial-intelligence virtual receptionist operated by LCJ Elite Consulting, LLC. Molly is not a human being. Molly discloses at the start of the call that she is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded.
Before any text is sent, Molly reads the following disclosure and waits for your answer. This is the complete script:
What happens next:
| Message type | Example |
|---|---|
| Booking / discovery-call links you requested | "LCJ Elite Consulting: Here's your discovery call booking link as requested: https://calendly.com/woodslamont1/30min Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." |
| Appointment confirmations and reminders | "LCJ Elite Consulting: Reminder — your consultation is tomorrow at 2:00 PM CT. Reply C to confirm or R to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." |
| Customer-support replies to your own question | "LCJ Elite Consulting: Thanks for reaching out today. A team member will follow up with the details you asked about. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." |
| Follow-ups about the request you made | "LCJ Elite Consulting: Following up on your request — let us know if you'd like to move forward or need anything else. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." |
We do not send promotional blasts, marketing campaigns, sweepstakes, affiliate offers, loan/debt/credit-repair content, cannabis, firearms, or any high-risk content. Messages relate only to the request you made.
You cannot sign up for our text messages by texting us. We do not advertise, publish, or accept any text-in keyword — not START, not YES, not any other word. The only two ways to give consent are the two paths described above: checking the optional box on our contact form, or saying yes to the spoken permission script on a call you placed to us. If you have never used one of those two paths, texting our number will not enroll you and you will not receive messages from us.
These are the standard carrier commands, and they apply only to people who are already receiving our messages:
These commands are handled by our carrier-standard messaging configuration, separately from how consent is collected.
Every consent is written to a permanent consent audit log at the moment it is given. Each record includes a unique consent ID, the UTC timestamp, the mobile number in E.164 format, which of the two paths was used, the version ID of the exact disclosure you were shown or read, the affirmative response captured, the identifier of the phone call or form submission it came from, the message categories you agreed to, the current consent status, and the version of the Privacy Policy and Terms in effect at that time. For verbal consent we also retain a reference to the call recording and transcript containing your spoken "yes."
Our system is built to fail closed: if there is no valid consent record, no text message is sent — including when a record is incomplete, a response was unclear, or the consent log itself is unavailable. Records are retained for at least four years after the consent is given or revoked, whichever is later.
Opt-out is recorded the same way: replying STOP marks the record revoked with the UTC timestamp of the revocation, and messaging stops immediately.
